Sustainable Style: The New Traditionalists

This week I am featuring The New Traditionalists in our Sustainable Style post. I am in love with this company! They are sustainable in that they use certified lumber from Northeast and mid-Atlantic sources. Which means the harvesting process of the lumber is evaluated based on how trees are planted, grown, cut down and renewed to ensure the long-term health and existence of a forest. The pieces are designed in SOHO and made in New England.

In addition to being sustainable, the style is fantastic. There are many options to choose from with their hand-rubbed finishes. This is line can be customized in many ways, each achieving a new look. The pieces above are the ones I chose to show for there sophisticated, yet coastal vibe.

Check out their pieces here and let me know what you think.
