In Store Shopping Policies

Hours Our Jobs Lane, Southampton, NY store is open Thursday – Monday from 10am – 5:30pm, except for holidays or when otherwise noted. We are open by appointment Tuesday and Wednesday 10am – 5:30pm.


General merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase; we do not offer refunds. Store credit is issued in the form of an gift card and does not expire. The gift card code can be used online or in store. For holiday gifts, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 21, 2022. Please note, furniture and artwork purchases are final sale. Merchandise on special order for an individual customer or as part of an advertised promotion is final sale. All sale items and holiday items are final sale.

Local Delivery

We offer delivery services for a fee. If there is a piece you are interested in purchasing and having delivered from our store, please contact us at:

[email protected] for a delivery fee quote. We will need to know what piece you are interested in, to what neighborhood it is going, and whether it is a walk-up elevator building. We are typically able to schedule local deliveries within 1 week of purchase at a time that is convenient for you.

Phone Orders

If there is an item you saw in the store and would like to purchase via phone, please feel free to give us a call at 631-259-3612. We can process your purchase over the phone, or send an invoice with payment link and set aside your purchase for you to pick up. Items purchased that need to be picked up can be held in the store for 1 week, unless otherwise discussed.

Gift Cards       

We sell digital gift cards. Gift cards purchased in store and online can be used in both locations and are emailed as a link to you. Or, a physical gift card can be sent to the mailing address you specify.

Shipping Policy

We ship daily but, if you have a special request or need an order shipped immediately, just let us know via email at: [email protected] We will try our best to move as quickly as possible!

International Shipping

We love our international clients! However, as a small business, we are unable to cover shipping costs or import duties for international orders. Please check your local customs / import office for any potential duties associated with a merchandise order from the United States.

Sending a Gift

Let us take the hassle out of sending gifts! We are happy to gift wrap and/or write a card on your behalf. Just add your instructions for us in the “Special Instructions” box on your cart page.  Email us at: [email protected] if you have any additional requests.


Online purchases are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to the store in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Gift cards, art, furniture, and lighting are final sale and ineligible for return. All sale items, holiday items, and customized or special order items are also final sale and cannot be returned. If you wish to return your online order, please email: [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We are not responsible for and do not offer free return shipping. Please send your return item to our shipping address listed below. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the credit card that made the initial purchase for the purchase amount not including original shipping costs.  If your order had originally qualified for free shipping, we will process the refund for the amount paid minus the original cost that was incurred for shipping that order.


If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the damaged products as well as the shipping boxes and email them along with order number to: [email protected] We will send a replacement as quickly as possible and file a claim for you as well.

Returned Gifts  

All gifts are eligible for store credit. For holiday gifts, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 21, 2022. Please email us at: [email protected] if you would like to return a gift you received from us.
