Inspiration for Outdoor Spaces with Fermob

The past few months have been very busy in the best possible way. However, it’s been far too long since I took the time to write a blog post. Last week we had 6 pallets of our favorite line of outdoor furniture delivered. (did I mention that I’m also short on staff…)

Our first Fermob arrival of 2017

Now that the boxes are broken down, the dust has settled, and with Spring a few days away, I decided it was time to share a little inspiration for outdoor spaces with Fermob furnishings. I hope it inspires you to spend more time outdoors as soon as the weather allows you to. Currently, it’s 30 degrees Fahrenheit where I am, and putting this blog post together is boosting my spirits because I know it won’t be long before we’ll see the flowers blooming the leaves on the trees, and we won’t need winter coats!

The Bellevie Collection as quickly become one of my favorites, and I love the way it looks in lagoon. The perfect coastal color!

The honey colored Dune Chairs and Romane table are so cheerful in this outdoor garden, making it a very happy place to spend time outdoors. One of the best things about Fermob is the way you can mix colors and collections to create a look that is unique to you.

The 1900 Swing (suspended chair as Fermob likes to call it) is my favorite piece in their 1900 collection. You don’t need a lot of pieces to create a place to enjoy the outdoors. If you have the right branch, this swing will do the trick. Perfect for children and adults.

Speaking of children, if you have any, you can’t go wrong with the Luxembourg Collection children’s table and chairs which is just their size and perfect for crafting or having a picnic. Did you notice the adorable rocking horse? That’s the Adida by Fermob, too! Think of the fun the kids can have with this in all 24 colors…

I had to show this space because I love the way the poppy red bench stands out against the plaster and garden tools. I think I would still have a smile on my face after a day of gardening if this was my place to sit by the garden shed.

Lastly, I couldn’t forget about the pool. Soon (I hope sooner rather than later) summer will be here and it will be warm enough to swim and the Alize sunlounger and side table are perfect for the space by the pool. Forget about heavy chaise lounges that require bringing in the cushions in the rain. The mesh sling is comfortable and requires no cushion, and the aluminum frame makes these light weight and stackable which is great for moving the chairs into (or away from) the sun.

One of my other favorite things about Fermob furniture is something you can’t see in any of these images, but it is something you can feel good about. Fermob is manufactured with some of the highest environmental standards in the world. The powder coatings used on their furnishings are solventless and applied in a zero-discharge installation. 100% recycled and recyclable, they are not harmful to the health of employees, consumers, and preserve the environment. Not only is Fermob designed to look good, it’s also good foe people and the planet.

I hope this blog post has you thinking Spring and has you looking forward to creating your own happy, outdoor space.

Where’s your favorite spot? Is it under a tree or in the garden? Or, do you prefer to spend your time pool side? Let me know. I would love to hear from you.
