A Hamptons Halloween

There’s often a lot of talk of glitz and the glam in the Hamptons, but I thought it would be fun to share it from my view as furniture store owner with two small children in Southampton. Each year the Chamber of Commerce in Southampton sponsors the “Rag-a-Muffin” Parade where any shop in the village that would like to participate displays a pumpkin sign in the window inviting the children to stop by for treats.

Today, I took my two “rag-a-muffins” on the “Pumpkin Trail” (as it’s called). Here are a few fun pics of what we saw.

What do you think? Glitz and Glammer? I just think it’s old-fashioned fun. And we loved it.
